FULL DESCRIPTION
The Belshaw Mark II Donut Robot is the machine that built the doughnut industry in commercial foodservice. It is a self-contained automated fryer and depositor that produces consistent ring doughnuts at volume — anywhere from 100 to 300+ units per hour depending on configuration and product size.
This unit has been cleaned throughout. The frying basket mechanism has been inspected and any worn parts replaced. The thermostat has been calibrated and the unit run-tested on oil before leaving our facility.
We ran Belshaw machines in our own production bakery at Project D and know these machines inside out. This is exactly the kind of kit we would put in our own kitchen. A genuine working production machine.
