Bongard is a name that carries serious weight in professional bakery. The Cervap is a 6-deck configuration designed for high-volume bread, pastry and morning goods production. This unit came from an established bakery and has been cleaned, inspected and run-tested by our technicians.
All 6 decks are operational with no damage to the baking surfaces. The steam injection system has been tested and is functioning correctly. Temperature controls have been calibrated. External panels cleaned and any cosmetic damage repaired.
