FULL DESCRIPTION
The Hobart A200 is a 20-quart planetary mixer and a fixture in commercial bakeries across the UK for good reason: it is built to last and holds up under daily production pressure. This unit came to us from a bakery closure and has been fully stripped down, cleaned and recommissioned by our in-house technicians.
The gearbox has been serviced and the drive belt inspected. The bowl, dough hook, flat beater and wire whip have all been cleaned and checked. The safety guard is in full working order. The unit was run under load before leaving our facility.
Includes: 20-quart stainless steel bowl, dough hook, flat beater, wire whip. Requires standard 13A mains supply.
