Dutchess have been building these in Wisconsin since 1886 and they're built accordingly: cast body, stainless cutting knives and ring, and a head assembly that lifts out without tools for washing. Scales 36 pieces at a time up to 80g each, which covers rolls, burger buns, doughnuts, bagels etc at up to 5,000 pieces an hour. Fully inspected and tested before listing. Honest cosmetic condition: paint marks, chips and light surface corrosion on the frame consistent with commercial bakery use, all mechanically sound and working as it should.
